Returned after 14+ months from knee replacement surgery/therapy. Walked into a clean waiting room followed by a pleasant “hello” from front office staff. Wait time to be called back was under 5 minutes and for the doctor to come into my exam room was also less than 5 minutes! Dr Maxey was his usual personable yet professional self! After a very detailed assessment we finalized my care plan. I have been with Dr Maxey upwards of 8+ years. Watching him and his business grow (both as a respected Doctor and as a doting family man) makes me feel assured that I am definitely with THE BEST Pain Management Doctor! My visit today was by phone due to the weather plus he was at home caring for his sick loved ones! Yet, he took out the time for my appointment, answered any questions and went over my prescription needs at the time! He always says if I have any problems or concerns, just to give them a call. His office staff is also wonderful and caring! I would recommend Dr. Maxey’s practice to anyone!

Without Dr Maxey I would still be flat on my back. Staff super friendly. They always take great care of you I would definitely recommend coming here if you have these issues for pain management.

My body has a menagerie of chronic pain from degenerative disk disease to dupuytren's contracture to arthritis in nearly every joint...Dr. Maxey's medical knowledge and recommendattions is what keeps me sane...I sincerely don't know what I would have done without his compassion and kindness...His practice is expanding and now I see his associate Janet and she is wonderful, easy to talk to...The entire staff is nice and very helpful....Dr. Maxey's expertise in pain management is absolutley worthy of praise..

Dr. Maxey is my favorite doctor and I have many. He listens and seems to care a lot about my quality of life. He offers many options, not just drugs. His office staff is very kind as well. I would definitely recommend him to anyone with chronic pain issues.

We had to wait for over an hour and a half after our appointment time to see the doctor. He did apologize, but it has been years since I've had to wait that long to see one of my doctors.

It was good. I’m very happy with the results but I need another shot in my neck to calm the nerve that’s affecting my right arm. I will call the office to set up shot time and place. Dr. D. Very courteous and professional staff. The check in process was quick and efficient and handled promptly.
Dr Maxie makes you comfortable with his easy going style and concern. He asks many questions before proceeding. He is a good listener and empathetic. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a great physician in this area of specialty.
